Nicole has over 15 years in the insurance and financial services space. She is the licensed agent and owner of Acuhawk Insurance Solutions, an independent insurance brokerage offering a variety of small business and personal insurance options including liability, property, life, and health insurances. She is passionate about helping people protect what is most important to them.

Nicole is the Small Business Owners' Alliance Founder and Group President. She still actively leads Chapter 1, while also regularly attending and supporting other group chapters. From the back-office admin to strategic goal planning, Nicole works hard to support our incredible community.

Luba Carlson is the owner and creative force behind Kalina Art Studio in downtown Papillion. Her studio is more than a place to create - it’s a space where art, healing and connection meet. Through her faith-infused Reiki healing sessions, Luba helps individuals and groups experience restoration and renewal.

A published artist and dedicated teacher, Luba’s work has been featured locally and is available for purchase. She offers art classes for children and adults, fostering self-expression, confidence and creative growth in every student. Passionate about community, creativity and purpose, Luba’s mission is to inspire others to embrace their creative voice and live boldly in their gifts.

Rick Bell

Bell Contracting is a locally owned, family-operated roofing and exterior company serving Omaha, Bennington, and surrounding communities. They believe in honest work, clear communication, and treating every home like it’s our own. Rick, is a current member of the U.S. Army Reserves and is personally involved in inspections, repairs, and installations. When you hire Bell Contracting, you’re not handed off to layers of management - you’re working directly with the owners.

Rick also serves as the Community Growth Coordinator for SBOA by helping intentionally spread the word about group opportunities to build and expand membership and involvement.

In addition to leading igniteHR, Misty also serves as an Education Coordinator for the Small Business Owners’ Alliance, where she empowers entrepreneurs through learning opportunities that inspire growth, connection, and confidence.

As an Education Coordinator for the Small Business Owners’ Alliance, she shares that same commitment to growth by helping local entrepreneurs access the knowledge and tools they need to strengthen their teams and communities.

Ashley Mills is the owner of Riley’s Romperz, a trusted Omaha-based pet care service dedicated to providing personalized attention and compassionate care for every furry family member. She offers customized pet sitting, walking, and wellness services, treating each animal as if they were her own.

Beyond her work with animals, Ashley is also a writer and mental health advocate through her blog, Cricut Unscripted, where she shares personal reflections, poetry, and stories of healing and resilience. As the Volunteer Coordinator for the Small Business Owners’ Alliance, Ashley channels that same compassion into community engagement - helping organize outreach efforts and fostering a spirit of connection and support among members.
