Nicole Redinbaugh

Nicole Redinbaugh is the founder of the Small Business Owners' Alliance (SBOA) and co-owner of Acuhawk Insurance Solutions. As a small business owner herself, she understands the value of genuine relationships, shared knowledge, and having a community of people who want to see one another succeed.

Nicole's Background

I'm a Nebraska native, Millard North graduate, and University of Nebraska at Omaha alum with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Today, I co-own Acuhawk Insurance Solutions with my husband and business partner, Sean. We offer a variety of insurance solutions for individuals, families, and businesses. Nicole prioritizes her time in working with clients of all ages for their health insurance and Medicare-related solutions. They also run other income streams through Redinbaugh Enterprises, LLC (learn more about the other operations here).

Years of working with local businesses have reinforced something I believe strongly: small business is better when we don't try to do everything alone.

Why I Started SBOA

I started SBOA because I wanted something different from traditional networking — a community where building relationships mattered more than meeting quotas, and where business owners could learn from one another, make genuine connections, and support each other's growth.

What began as one local chapter has grown into a community of entrepreneurs, professionals, and local leaders. We may come from different industries and backgrounds, but we share the belief that collaboration can take us further than competition alone.

Beyond Business

Business is a big part of my life, but it's certainly not all of it. When I'm not working on SBOA or helping clients through Acuhawk, you'll probably find me spending time with my family, designing or crafting something, learning a new skill, checking out a local restaurant, or enjoying time with my granddaughter, who proudly calls me “Nana.”
