Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

All Contributors will Receive the Following:

  • Brand Recognition as a Supporter of Local Businesses

Plus the following, based on sponsorship level:

$35 Bronze Level Sponsor

  • Space on a shared table with tablecloth (roughly 1.5ft by 1.5ft) with other vendors to display business cards, fliers, giveaways, or other marketing items.

$75 Silver Level Sponsor

  • Your own personal 8ft table supplied by the venue to use as you wish to market your business

  • Access to up to two chairs

  • Optional $10 add on to have a neutral-colored tablecloth provided for the event

$150 Gold Level Sponsor

  • Your own personal 8ft table with tablecloth supplied by the venue to use as you wish to market your business

  • Access to up to two chairs

  • Branded Thank You signage

  • Ability to address attendees as a group (1-2 minutes)

  • Additional social media mentions

  • Professionally edited event photos for use in your marketing

$300 Platinum Level Sponsor

  • Benefits provided in the Gold Level Sponsorship

  • Prime vendor table location

  • Multiple Thank Yous and mentions throughout the event

  • Video interview to be shared on social platforms (based on videographer availability)

  • Co-branding as event sponsor on website and email marketing

Free will donations may also be made in any amount and custom sponsorship opportunities may be approved. Invoices will be sent out shortly after approval for payment. Industry niche exclusivity is offered for sponsors at the Silver Level or above.
